What you will do

This is a hands-on consulting role where you’ll learn quickly, make an impact from day one, and see your work come to life in real warehouse environments 🚀 . You’ll do all of this within a team with a flat hierarchy that values collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

  • Work directly with clients to give guidance on solution recommendations and system design.

  • Collaborate with both technical and functional consultants.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional specs.

  • Configure D365 WMS (and other modules) and demo your solutions.

  • Define business processes and write acceptance criteria.

  • Write functional design documents and test scripts for any identified gaps.

  • Test developed solutions and work closely with the technical team.

  • Train clients on how to use the system.

  • Troubleshoot issues and solve problems independently.

Job requirements

About you

We’re looking for junior professionals (0–2 years of experience) or recent graduates excited about logistics, tech, and hands-on problem-solving.

Must-haves:

  • Knowledge of or experience in Supply Chain or Logistics, or a relevant degree.

  • Strong understanding of (or excitement to learn) warehouse operations and best practices.

  • Professional command of English (spoken & written).

  • Eligible to work in the EU (we cannot provide visa sponsorship).

  • Living in or willing to relocate to a commutable distance from Amsterdam.

It’s a plus if you have:

  • 1-2 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Warehouse Management or another WMS (e.g. Manhattan, HighJump, etc.)

  • Experience in other D365 modules (Landed cost, Inventory visibility, TMS, etc.)

  • Interest in sharing knowledge - with the team and the community.

  • Relevant D365 certifications.

  • Curiosity for the tech side of D365 and Microsoft Azure.

  • Internship experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.

  • A hands-on, curious mindset. 🔍
