We work where warehousing happens: on-site at customer warehouses across Europe, to stay close to the operation and design solutions that work in practice.

Your role

At InterRadish, you'll be actively working with our clients, as part of our delivery team:

What we offer

Real growth: Continuous learning is part of the job. Go deep in D365 WMS, learn from senior specialists, and shape your own path as we grow.

36-hour work week: We work 36 hours. Two Fridays per month the whole team is off, protected time to recharge.

30 days off: Plenty of time to rest, travel, or simply unplug.

Small, high-trust team: Easy-going people, serious craft, specialists who enjoy doing great work together.

Competitive package: A strong salary based on your level, plus an annual bonus of up to one month’s salary.

Built for the long run: We start with a 1-year contract, with the intention to move to an indefinite contract.

Warehouse visits across Europe: You’ll regularly be on-site at customer warehouses across Europe, seeing different operations up close and turning that insight into better WMS solutions.

HQ in Amsterdam (near Central): A brand-new office where we genuinely like to spend time together. On the Fridays we work, we always do team lunch, and a darts match (bonus points if you beat our in-house darts champion). It’s also where learning happens naturally: sitting together, brainstorming, and sharing knowledge.

Travel & relocation support: We cover commuting and work-related travel costs, and offer relocation support if you’re moving to the Amsterdam area.
